I went to bed around 3:30 last night, after talking to a few people online about the party. Like I said, it wasn't too bad. SOme interesting lines were said
"I'm not a vegetarian because I love animals. I'm a vegetarian because I /hate/ plants!"
"Since when were the Kneepads of Allure an actual D&D magic item?"
"What I hate Andrew on Buffy, Volume 6: Same as the other volumes, he killed the character I liked...."
"C'mon, John, it's a rule around here. No matter what the game, the Monk in the party will /always/ sucker-punch any leprechaun he or she comes across..."
Me: "Yeah. I tried on clothes yesterday, and found I lost two inches off my waist."
Keogh: "I think those inches found their way to me. *sigh* But good for you, anyway."
But...afterwards. I'm not sure if it was somethign I ate, but I haven't really slept. Woke up around 5 AM, after a wicked nightmare, went back to sleep, woke up at 8, still tired, then went back and woke up around 12:30 after an even worse nightmare. The sad part is, it's not the only night this past week that I've had fucked up dreams.
So, I'm attempting to take it wasy today. Made lunch for work, put off plans with Mike til next Saturday and Sunday, since I told him of the dreams, and I have no plans next weekend. Also, watched the first 4 eps of Neon Genesis Evangelion that Stuart loaned me, and played a little of Suikoden 3. I like the game, just no time, no time! Gah!
And the Main theme to Suikoden 3 is growing on me swiftly. It's not as ass-kicking as the Suikoden 2 theme, or Kingdom Heart's "Simple and Clean," but it's a very pretty track, and I'm happy I tracked it down.
