Ah, cool. Got some stuff I wanted to finish done before I got here to lunch. Need to figure out how to keep myself occupied this afternoon so the day doesn't drag. Phones are slow, as are incoming orders, and that makes me just a touch nervous.

But, one of the women I work with referred to a person as having 'photogenic memory' today. I would have laughed if I didn't feel like crying at hearing that.

Okay, need to occupy myself.

It's not actually an uncommon mistake. But I have sympathy. There's some words I just can't seem to get right, no matter how hard I try. Like calvary and cavalry. Just watch how many people screw that up. It's a lot.

Calvary & Cavalry

Interesting, most people usually just get it wrong in one direction, not the other. The mounted combat unit ends up as "Calvary," but Golgotha rarely at best ends up as "Cavalry".

Myself, I just think of cavaliers to try to get it straight. For some reason, I can think of cavaliers before Roman skulls. :)

Now, having a photogenic memory is a perfectly reasonable thing.

She only remembers good-looking faces, and tends to forget things that aren't happy.

Sort of a way of saying "I live for denial."
