From the kitchen...

Well, I went to get an ice cream sandwich. Mostly because I'm hungry and don't have to drive to go out and get a CHipwich. Mmmm. But, I digress. In the kitchen.

Now, we might be one of the few neighborhoods left that actually have ice cream trucks drive through them. Not bad, but it's more Italian Ices than anything else. But I noticed something. The catchy little jingle.

It was the theme to 'The Sting.'

Am I the only one who seems bugged by this?

Well, that song was 'The Entertainer' before it was used as the theme for that movie, so... not so much. ;)

Not bothered, as the ice cream truck ice creams are simultaneously much too expensive and usually not nearly as good as they should be. Often partly thawed, or poorly re-frozen.
