Okay, gaming tonight. I brought dinner for myself, which the players tend to do, but I forgot something...

See, the others knew it was my birthday. This year, they remembered. I ended up with a nice-sized cake (Carrot, of all things), that we shared with everyone in the store so it didn't go to waste. No shared cake, no shared card like at work. And some neat little presents.

-Munchkin Fu. The Munchkin Card Game's newest subset. Hong Kong Action. I had no idea this existed until I got to the store today. I love Munchkin. Absolutely love it, and the cards are so hilarious. From Bob and Christine.

-From Kit. A nice little card. I wasn't asking for presents, so I was cool with it. But, on the inside, it said 'good for one free figure painting.' Too sweet.

- From John, a model. Which one? This one. And I loved this episode of the Simpsons, especially this part. It's a snap-together model, no paint or glue needed, despite what the web page I just posted says.

And you know, the model's great, but all I can see and think of is the fact that I'm going to screw it up when I decide to construct it. :(

Very nice! And it's impossible to screw up putting together a snap-together model. You do want an x-acto knife to trim it a bit. But my modeling experience is 30 years out of date. Who knows what they're like now :)
