I Lie Awake...
Ok, going to have to deal with a minor problem tomorrow, and to be honest, I have no one to blame but myself. It's no big deal, for the most part, but I end up doing it every time.
I headed out to Mike's tonight to hang out. Simple thing, and I do it every so often. Though, this afternoon, I ended up taking a nap. About a couple of hours.
It was nice, though. The weather had cooled, and I had the breeze from the open window brushing against my skin (Arms, face, you get the idea and the rest of you get your minds out of the gutter! ;) ). That's always a cool feeling, no doubt.
Drawback: now it's close to 1 AM, I get up around 7, and I'm not really that sleepy. Might read a bit to try and get me to sleep (Damn Black Company Books. Damn Raka for getting me into those books in the first place.) Might help, and it does, sometimes.
(Note: I am almost out of books to read. Recommendations would be good, hint hint.)
I'll deal with it in the morning, I suppose.

books to read?
(Anonymous) 2002-04-22 11:01 am (UTC)(link)The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman and its two sequels.
The Batman/Justice League novel, The Stone King, which was pretty good, but still kinda goofy.
Boy, I'm talkative this week.
