It's not that I was busy but more that I can't find much to write about, still. Not even character ideas, even though I am vaguely considering joining that new game I mentioned last week. But, I have no quality control over the RL players, or I might have more fun with it overall.

Need a couple of things. SOmeone remind me tonight (the moment you see me online) to Do. My. Laundry. I have a party tomorrow night with the gamers, and I want to look presentable (translation: look better than all of them on their best days. It's a lot easier than one would expect). Please remind me. :)

Also, Christmas songs. Which one is your favorite?

i like old christmas songs and that completely tasteless one about the kid farting on santa's lap. but that's because working with 13 year olds all day you begin to think like them. and as far as gifts i'm staying quiet until you give me an idea.

*grin* Look at my post previous to this one. I mention a book. :)

My Favorite?

I like one that I never hear. It's probably considered racist by today's standards. It was sung by Mel Blanc in a sort of Speedy Gonzalez only slower voice (certainly with the accent) and was entitled "The Hat I Got For Christmas Is Too Big".

"The hat I got for Christmas is too big
It's nice but my sombero is too big
I can't tell one thing from another
I got married to my brother
Because the hat I got for Christmas is too big!"

Hm. Secular, Carol, or Hymn?

Secular, I'd say "Little Drummer Boy" or "Do you see what I see"
Carol, I'd say "God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen" or "The Holly and the Ivy"
Hymn, "Silent Night" sung by candlelight at midnight service, or "Ideo Gloria In Excelsis Deo".
