Noonish, and waking up an hour early today by accident has its drawbacks, in that I really would rather be in bed at the moment. I'm rested, since...well, okay, not as much as I'd like, but I'm a touch headachey, and that is never a good thing. Especially with the phones ringing. Especially since it looks like it will not stop any time soon.
I was trying to seek out something new to read this morning. Oddly, I can even look authors I used to read, and find nothing new (the scary thing is that some authors I purely adore have almost no presence or following on the Net. I think I was the only one who ever read Tom Deitz) or something new that isn't what I want. And I've been on a 'not getting attached' kick lately, with reading. I read comics: it's like if I even think I like a book, it gets cancelled on me. It's depressing.
Still headachey.

He's no Powers or DeLint, but he's fun. He's been to Dragon*Con a couple of times, including on one cool panel with Tim Powers.

Darn...I want to ask Deitz so many questions. I liked the Sullivan Cove series. Sure, I wasyounger, but...hell, I found myself asking 'why can't I have friends like that' Well, save for the Fae and Monsters and demons aspect.

Have you ever read Philip Roth? I'm reading one of his now. Good stuff.
