Riding the Bean.

dewingedOk, it's late. I'm aware of this. But, let me fill you in on today.
One, I came in 3rd in the HeroClix tournament. Sure, it sounds neat, but considering there were only 3 people entered, this really isn't saying much. Big Sal cleaned up, but he seemed to think I was cool, and his friend David (2nd place), decided to but all the people in the tournament (All 3 of us) Chinese food for dinner. That was really nice of him.
As for gaming, I made level again, which was nice. See, a lot iof my activity was contributed to one thing.
Coffee.
Ok, let me explain. I Don't Drink Coffee. I have, but in college I found it wasn't keeping me awake for FIlm and Society my sophomore year, so I stopped drinking it.
That would mean I was 19.
I am now 26.
So, okay, the French Vanilla smelled nice, and I was thirsty, so, two large cups later with hefty sugar doses, I'm still kicking at 3:40 in the morning. My God, I could use this for every game I'm in. Ususally, by midnight I'm dead on my feet.
And, ok, for those following, Michael did show up. Did I finally say anything? Nope. DId I spend a lot of time ogling him in shorts? Hell yes. :) Though, one little thing sticks in my mind...
Ok, so Christine and I were going out to get coffee (my first one of the night), and as we passed by him and his friends, she noticed something on Michael.
CHristine: Oh, a tattoo?
As I look to the back of his right calf, I see a large tattoo of a devil and flames and all that stuff. There's a word written below it as Michael shows off so we can get a closer look.
Christine: What's that word.
Michael "Sinner."
Christine: Oh. Are you a sinner, then?
Michael: Mmm...maybe.
Me: *heart stops beating*
So, every so often during the night, well after he and his friends left at around 8:30 or so, Christine would look at me and say "mmmm, maybe." And I'd feel the sweat start to crawl down the back of my neck.
God, I hope she finds out something real soon. I'm gonna bust.
But, maybe that's just the coffee.
