Updating again.

Ok, just a quick update here, before I think to start letting some of the nastier customer phone calls I've gotten today get to me and I start a rather unpleasant bit of ranting and raving at the whole world around me.

Called the insurance company, filed the claim. They send it to the branch office, they send someone to look at the car, see what happens.

Uh, yay me or something. Isn't my life cool. All the loss is just for me. :P
