Jan. 13th, 2003 02:20 pmOk, I know I'm asking for it by posting, but my work day thus far has been pretty quick. Not overly hectic, but it's not running at a snail's pace, either. And, this is my sort-of odd-shift week. which means I'll work 11-7 on Thursday, and 12-8 on Wednesday and Friday.
Wierd thing: I'm looking at the 2 vacant comps in the library at the Job, and both have that Microsoft 'Maze' Screen saver running. I'm watching, and I always saw that maze as totally pointless. There's never an exit, or a goal, and from the graphics and such it's more intensive that most of the programs I run on my home comp. (Note: At home it's MUSHclient, Outlook, Explorer, and occasionally Windows Media Player. And an emulator program when I'm majorly itching for sensory input. I have a few games I still never finished. Sigh.)
As for now, have one major scene to finish on Alpha tonight, probably with a debriefing or something involving teh same story tomorrow, post-work. WIth my changed schedule the other days, it will maybe give me more time to work with, since I might have put-off-enough plans with Mike this weekend. Been meaning to catch up with him, and I thik that will mean Sunday night at the least. MUSHing's been fun, lately, as I seem to have tracked down a direction for most of my characters, and still have character ideas in my head. Too many, I know, and it's gonna backfire badly one of these days.
