Great, the servers of certain websites are slow/down when I need to do something really important. No biggie, but I was hoping to get something done before work. Still testing out the new LJ icons. ;)

Though, I'm worried. A very close online friend of mine has...vanished, for lack of a better term. Hasn't been around, anywhere, for about ten days now. And the only person who had his phone number...their HD crashed in November, and it was lost. A few days, that happens, but it's gone beyond that, and I've gone a bit beyond the 'hmm, maybe he's taking a mini-vaca' stage. Not the only one, either.

Oh, hell.

I've been alternating between typing stuff and reading comics tonight. Not very active, but it's a Wednesday.

All of a sudden, I start shivering. Like, really bad, and it's not even that cold in here. In my head, one set of lyrics keeps repeating itself.

I can feel it, coming back again
like a rolling thunder chasing the wind
forces pooling from the center of the Earth again
I can feel it...

Oh...Christ. Something's happened. I don't know what it is, but I can feel it. Something just...changed.
