An open note to the customers who call the company I work for.
I sell replacement parts for your product. That's it. You need a part replaced, you can order it through me. If it's not available, we can back order it for you. If the date it is coming in is not good enough for you, tough. No amount of bitching and moaning is going to push the date forward. If I say Early March, then it's Early March, period.
Also, I am not a technician. I cannot help you fix your machine. I cannot diagnose what is wrong with your machine. Please, for the love of God, stop asking me technical questions that I am not trained to answer because I can get in trouble for giving bad advice. The inbred proles who work in the Call Center that transferred you here (because they have no fucking clue how to do anything else) should have given you to the right person to ask your tech questions, so don't take it out on me.
Also, never, never say 'I knew you were going to ask me that,' to me. Because, if you really fucking knew, you should have had the foresight to actually prepare for the goddamn phone call so I wouldn't be left waiting while the phone lines backed up even further.
Okay, that's it.
