One thought will keep me going today. I have tomorrow off from work. Why? Mostly 'cause I can. I worked on MLK Jr. Day and Presidents' Day, so we get paid holiday days that we can use another time (before the end of June, which is cool with me). Jason's starting his D&D game tomorrow night, and I don't feel like showing up there tired, like I usually do.
But damned if this has not felt like the longest week of my life, this time. People calling out, no-shows at work on a virus-ridden in-work network, and the phones were ringing off the hook. How I managed to get home at night and actually talk to anyone with any civility is beyond me. I know I came a few times to going total Thermonuclear on a few folks, but most of the stressy situations seem to have calmed down. For now.
