Okay, it's a Johnny Bravo Short. It's called 'Cartoon Makeover,' where three 'experts' come to Johnny in Queer-Eye fashion to give Johnny a style-attitude makeover.
The Three Makeover experts: Don Knotts, Weird Al Yankovic, and the Blue Falcon.
This is the coolest thing I've ever seen.
