Got my comics today. I didn't get Legion #25 last week, even if it was being reviewed to hell all over the Net since last Wednesday. I go to the shop, and mention to Brenda. "Yeah, there's a book I've been waiting for."
Brenda: "Oh, Legion #25? Yeah, it was on my invoice last week, but there was a problem at the shippers, so it will be in next week."
What boggles my fricking mind is that I never mentioned what book it was. Now, this hobby shop, while on time and nice about my pull list and all, isn't stocked with people who know their comics. Brenda knows what ships when, but I doubt she reads them. The fact that she /knew/ because it was on my pull list...I am impressed. Hence, I still do business with them.
