Okay, this is what foomf said: "Hey, Dvandom was doing great with his Bab5 design for the "Best Transformer based on a Non-Transformers Series" .. Until this."
No idea what he was talking about, but he showed me this.
Looks like they were having a contest to see who could design the best Transformer for a non-Transformer series. I.E. if they were using Babylon 5, then the Transformer design might be what the station looked like in "robot mode". This is obviously a Death Star in robot mode complete with Vader head.
