I love the Commotion.

The artwork is so good.

Essentially DDR is "Simon Says" on the PS2. You have a floor pad with arrows on it, and the game shows you arrows. You have to hit the arrows on the floor pad at the same time they reach the top of the screen, and you have to do it consistently well and not miss or the game will mock you mercilessly.

It's a real test of hand-eye (er, foot-eye) coordination, and it's one hell of a workout, too.

And I suck at DDR, but I enjoy it. And I actually play now that Ultramix came out for the Xbox, so I can be embarrassed in the privacy of my own home. :) But indigoskynet got the basics. It's a pretty rockin' game, if you just let yourself get into the rhythm of the music. And don't deal with too many songs with typewriter arrows. :-p
