It wouldn't get to me if it had been different. Gaming Friday can't be at our usual place ebcause it's Good Friday, which is fine, and something we know to watch out for every year. So, instead of postponing the lost game to some other Friday convenient for us, they're putting it at Mike's house. Even after I offered up a perfectly reasonable suggestion. So, I've decided to skip the game instead of going out of my way to the house of someone I'm pretty much ashamed to associate with anyway. It's not even important.

What gets me...what drives me, is if that this was for online stuff, I'd have been listened to. If folks said no, I'd have gotten a reason, but at least I wouldn't have been ignored. So, natch, I'm going to give more attention to the areas where I'm not treated like a piece of garbage. Gee, go figure.

I find that I'm annoyed with myself today because I haven't written anything in a few weeks. I did have the time this morning (Work's not that bad), but I keep stalling, and staring at the screen trying to get my characters to move. It's not working, and I have a lot of it in my head and I hate the idea of leaving things unfinished. I have enough of that.

You will probably recall that I mentioned the odd dynamic at the game on Sunday before last (3/28) and that there seemed to be some weird IC/OOC confusion happening.

Well, apparently there was more than I thought - the guy who plays the chaotic rogue called me mid-week to apologize for it, and we identified it as a misunderstanding arising from my screw-up in using the wrong phrasing during the RP - I got too close to game-terms.

Anyway, I didn't go to Sunday's game, so I don't know how things would have played out.
