Ok, I slept in. This means I got up at 9, despite going to bed at about 2 in the morning. I still feel a little sluggish, though I'm pusing myself because I know I haven't gotten an entry up in two days.

Work, gaming, ect. It's how my Fridays end up. :) My character in last night's gaem gfot into a very hairy situation, and it's left me a little creeped out because the GM is setting the scene really well here, and the theme last night seemed to be paranoia/powerlessness. Interesting.

I just have some laundry to do today, and I'm poking around in the meantime. Can't say I've found anything new that's really got my attention, though I have one E-bay auction that I'm still watching. The last few I've been in I've been outbid, and it's nothing I'm really attached to, so I haven't been sweating it much.

Ok, Bob and Christine own the local gaming store. Club Mmbers, and good friends of mine. And tonight, they're having friends of theirs from LAIRE visit the store for a private party. LAIRE is one of those fantasy live-action things. So, naturally, somehow I ended upinvited to the little shindig, since Bob and Christine think I'd have fun there.

I swear, things like this always happen to me.

SO, I'm going to go. Though, I don't think I have the TIME for doing Live-action on top of everything else. But, if there are going to be a lot of people, and a certain 1-in-10 rule applies...

It's my observation that the 1-in-10 rule pretty well applies to LARPs, much like it pretty well applies to MUSHes.
